Muktar Hossain: On the occasion of the implementation of the National Dengue Prevention and Cleanliness Campaign-2026 nationwide, special programs are being conducted by the Savar Upazila Land Office, Dhaka.
This Thursday morning, dengue preventive insecticide was sprayed outside the government offices of the upazila by the Savar Upazila Land Office. During this time, leaflets were distributed, and the Assistant Commissioner (Land) Executive Magistrate Rahat Khan is giving awareness advice to the public.
During this time, Rahat Khan stated that nationwide awareness of dengue prevention should be increased, and people need to be aware of areas around their homes where water accumulates, such as in flower pots inside the house or where water accumulates near coconut husks on the roadside; dengue insecticide should be used there, and everyone must be vigilant. We are distributing leaflets regarding the prevention of dengue to the service seekers of Savar Upazila Land Office and providing awareness advice.
Those present at the dengue insecticide spraying and prevention program surrounding the Upazila Land Office included Ziauddin Mahmud, Kanungo of Savar Upazila Land Office, Surveyor Md. Imon Hasan, Surveyor Abu Jafar, Office Assistant Nazir Md. Osman Goni, Mithu Akash Ahidul, among others, along with general service recipients.
