Sheikh Robiul Alam, MP, Minister for Road Transport and Bridges, Railways, and Shipping, has donated an air conditioner (AC) to the Bagerhat Press Club for the use of journalists.
On Sunday night (November 1), the AC was handed over at the Bagerhat Press Club in the presence of Khedem Niamul Nasir Alap, Joint Convener of Bagerhat District BNP, and Hadiuzzaman Hero, a member of the BNP Convening Committee.
Among those present were Press Club President Abu Sayeed Shunu, Vice-President S. M. Raj, General Secretary Hedayet Hossain Liton, Joint General Secretary Yamin Ali, Executive Committee Member Syed Shawkat Hossain, and other members of the Press Club.
The Bagerhat Press Club expressed its sincere thanks and gratitude to Road Transport and Bridges, Railways, and Shipping Minister Sheikh Robiul Alam, MP, for his support in improving the working environment and facilities for journalists in carrying out their professional duties.
